Data collected
The forms send your information directly to Sitewise and do not create an account. Contact-form responses are not stored in the website’s own database. Once you become a client, responses and assets submitted through the private onboarding area are archived in private storage to prepare and manage the engagement. We receive only what you choose to send:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Message Content
- Information about your business, objectives, media budget, campaigns and tools
- Creative assets, videos, brand documents and other professional files uploaded during onboarding
No data is collected for profiling purposes or resold to third parties.
Purpose of processing
Collected data is used exclusively for:
- Responding to your contact requests
- Providing a quote or commercial proposal
- Maintaining follow-up on our business relationship
- Preparing and delivering agreed client services
Data retention period
Prospect data is retained for three years from the last interaction. Information and files provided by clients are kept for as long as necessary to deliver and follow up on the engagement, then archived or deleted in line with legal obligations and Sitewise’s need to establish or defend legal claims. Download links sent by email expire after 30 days.
Cookies and third-party services
This site uses the following third-party services that may set cookies:
- Cal.com — online booking tool. Privacy policy: cal.com/privacy
- Vercel — website hosting, secure technical processing of forms and private storage of onboarding files.
- Resend — delivery of contact-form enquiries to Sitewise’s inbox. Privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
Vercel and Resend are used only to host the service, secure requests, privately store onboarding files and deliver emails. Onboarding files are never attached to emails: secure, temporary download links are used instead. These providers may retain technical logs under their own retention periods and contractual commitments. Cal.com is only loaded upon your explicit consent. Refusal does not affect browsing but blocks the booking widget. The 'Manage Cookies' button lets you change your choice.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and receive a portable copy of your personal data.
- EU/EEA: rights under the GDPR and the right to complain to the CNIL or your local supervisory authority.
- United Kingdom: rights under the UK GDPR and the right to complain to the ICO.
- United States: applicable state rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability and opting out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising.
Sitewise does not sell personal information. Global Privacy Control signals are treated as a refusal of optional services. To exercise a privacy right or withdraw consent, email mohamed@sitewise.fr. We may request limited information to verify a request.
